What makes a good Poster?

Week One at Keiser University
Project One: Travel Poster

A Week ago I didn't know anything about designing a good poster and none of the fundamentals. Basically I did research to help figure out what makes a good poster. What I came up with, was that many posters have the things needed to stand out and be unique. When you are designing a poster as I read, you must first find your audience and how you want to approach them with the poster. You must know the audience because if you are reaching the wrong audience then your design would be sending the wrong impression. The form and content is another thing that would have fascinating, collaborative equation that merges form with function, style with substance. That would explain why all poster aren't created equally and they shouldn't be.Lastly the scale of the poster succeed more when the poster is big it gives more of a impact thats proves plausible,eye-catching, and
memorable. Not saying that posters can't be small. The reduced typographic broadsides of the early-to-mid Nineteenth Century are as compelling as the celebrations of minimalism produced in Europe in the years after World War II.
